I'd have to say.. Sega and Nintendo. Haven't really played much of the others.
My gf would say Sierra. That's pretty much where all the games she plays comes from, lol.

Capcom - Megaman, Devil May Cry.....you can't go wrong with them

Atlus - they pump out so many freaking awesome rpgs a year, with crazy good stories and unique systems...any Atlus game is worth checking out

NIS - One word... DISGAEA!!!

Harmonix - First 3 (including 80s) Guitar Heroes and Rock Band 1 & 2

Media Molecule - LITTLEBIGPLANET!!!!

Epic - Unreal Tournament and Gears of War!

Naughty Dog - Crash Bandicoot and Jak and Daxter

Insomniac - Resistance and Ratchet & Clank

SEGA: They obviously created Sonic the Hedgehog.

Sony: Made two legendary consoles and good games like God of War, Ratchet and clank and Gran turismo.

Oh, and

Bethesda - Fallout 3!!!! And the Elder Scrolls series...but I never really got into them

Valve - Half life 2, Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead...can't go wrong with these guys if you're a PC gamer

EA - Not so much for the sports games...more for Dead Space, Mirrors Edge, and the Burnout series X333
