I track him and he was in the same range as chet, he probably hack him.

Hack him or did he have a poor password? I go for the second option seriously. But since its already hacked its just to delete it since the spammer now has the account.

The spammer doesn't have it. It seems like chet is still in control of it:

Give 20bite teh BANHAMMAH and make sure it hurts. You can't let him stay after what he did.

Well actually i think they both got -12 karma but i was reffering to 20bite.
