Errr... sounds like they're gonna rename themselves or its a new console.
obviously, most of it is there so you can stamp it on merchandise, but there are things in there which i do not understand why they're there.

Something big is coming, folks. Something very big.

Obviously, it sounds very unlikely in SEGA's current state. But they DID make that Trademark afterall.

Also, 'CD-ROM containing programs for use with hand-held video game machines'.
There is no Handheld Device that uses CD-ROMs.

They are in a bad shape, but not bankrupt.
Plus, dont forget the other side of SEGA - Sammy.
SEGA Sammy also includes an Anime Company and whole bunch of other shit.

They are reconstructing the entire Sega-Sammy Buildup after all, thats i'm guessing it might be a rebranding.

But really, it could be anything - as long its big.
