JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle is coming for PS3 in 2014 to the West.

CyberConnect2 will release a revised, fixed, version (ala UNS3) for the West and as update for the japanese.
The fixed version may not feature any microtransactions, which are featured in the JP Version.
CC2 cites as reason "largly negative response from the players".
