Okay, I'll read it because it's the shortest one recommended so far and it'll give us something to talk about.

And if you end up liking Necromancer, I recommend watching XXX Holic, cause it gave me a similar vibe.
Granted it's an anime not a manga, but still...

I read through the first volume of Necromancer but I'm not really liking it. Every chapter is it's own little story about a group of people who get screwed over by the necromancer, but I don't find any of those stories interesting. Then there's the main story arc about the detective who wants to bust the necromancer, but it always takes a backseat to everything else and when the detective does show up she never really does anything to progress that story arc. Instead she finds out the story behind those people and why they rely on the necromancer who ends up ruining their lives, but then when the next group of people comes along she doesn't even try to stop them. "Go ahead and let the necromancer do his thing that historically always ruins people's lives. Meanwhile I'll just be watching for something that is explicitly illegal so that I can try to bust him." Honestly I kinda like the main idea behind the manga. It's almost like every chapter is it's own short story. It's just that none of the stories are good.

I might continue just because it's so short but I don't think I'm gonna enjoy it.

And yes, the name is dumb, but it's still a really good story. And hey, at least it's not called "Catcher in the Toilet" which is what they called the novelization of the story. I guess the author sucks at coming up with titles, but what would you call a story about a dude that loves to masturbate in women's washrooms?
