If you mean the GBA game, I agree. That is an absolutely crappy game.
If you mean the Genesis version,...I still actually agree. I got hooked on Sonic 2 and I couldn't stand not having the spin dash.

I not going to read all of this so im just going to say what I just thought up, maybe one of the reasons that sonic is getting worse is beacuse Sega doesn't make us wait for a game. I mean think, all those games (if they are good) seem absoulty amazing if you wait for it for at least a month, but Sega is realesing a new sonic game every year, while all the really good games seem to take many years to create, due to new enginges to run brand new games.

Rouge Leader, one of the Gamecube launch titles, was made in 8 months and it's a good game.

IGN are stupid.They even Sonic 06 a higher score than Sonic unleashed. They gave SA2 a higher score than SA2B when we all know SA2B is better.
