This would have been done much sooner had Photoshop not been a giant dickhole.

Anyway as always tell me how to improve it. I had to reteach Photoshop to myself so I know it isn't perfect.

It's only 33 frames so there shouldn't be any slowdown.

I removed a bunch of frames before it starts to fade again, so that it looks like its pulsuating.

Nah, I noticed it was faster after I looked at mine again. You could have just asked me to do that considering I had it hang there on purpose.
