Oh, I'm totes a fan of Dragonball Z, but the bottom line is, the Buu saga happened.

If I could ignore the Buu saga and rank it up until the Cell Saga, then it's totally a 10 from me, but I can't rank seasons, I'm ranking the anime as a whole, and to me, the series went full retard after the Cell saga.
