Their controllers.
And also lack of Japanese games in comparison to Sony and Nintendo.

Hey, Xbox has great controllers. There's a reason they're the standard on PC. And the first Xbox has JSRF. That alone makes it's Japanese support great. Not to mention Panzer Dragoon, Shenmue, Otogi, Ninja Gaiden, Phantom Dust, Dead or Alive, and others.

In your opinion.
I don't care how much in the minority I am, I dislike the Xbox controllers, and if I don't even like using the device to interact with the game for extended periods, I'll just look elswhere.

Xbox doesn't have Kingdom Hearts, Tales of Xillia, the 1st Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm which I still think is the best one, God of War, Super Smash Bros., Final Fantasy 9, Yakuza 4, and others.

Games that I actually love, some of which I replay often, I cannot play on Xbox, on top of me not liking the controllers which is a huge detriment.
Not to mention all the nitpicks I have with it like it's interface.
