You're the son of a Doctor. What do I do for earwax until I can see a doctor and have it rinsed out? I have a problem where wax tends to build up to a point where I begin to lose hearing. This time air bubbles formed everytime I put my right ear on my pillow and I had to pop them only for them to come back and cut my hearing off again. I got so desperate for relief I jammed my stylus in there and I seem to have gotten a chunk of it out but what's still deep in there is proving to be just as bad overtime (just without the bubbles). I've heard that I should try putting a few drops of salt water or baby oil in my ear but I'd rather hear an answer more specific to my situation.

Your two links don't work.

Salt water is a good solution yes, until you get professional help.
Don't stick anything in your ear unless it's sharp and/or attracts wax to it, anything else, especially Q-tips will make it much worse.
