What are the differences between the wii/ps2 and 360/ps3 versions?

I don't know and the game seems pretty good and I want to know which one to play

They are entirely different games. There isn't a simple comparison, as the game is not the same at all. They have entirely different levels with entirely different control schemes.

The final boss against Dark Gaia is among the worst in both games though.
