Ehh that wasn't even really hard...
I found the picture of the barn with the Home Sweet Home sign on it...
Downloaded some blood brushes...
Darkened certain parts of the pic up with the Burn tool
Smeared out the second Home on the sign, and wrote Homicide in the blood with a font that I downloaded...and darkened that up a bit...
The rest is just blood brushes, burn tool, and blur tool.
It took like 15 minutes.
