Because Arceus is like...I wouldn't be caught dead with it.
I mean, one, the only way to get it is by hacking, two, it's got an advantage over every type, depending on what plate it's holding.
It's just a really cheap pokemon.

Dragonite is my favorite First Gen pokemon.  It was my favorite up until Ruby/Sapphire.  Thne Gardevoir took over.

arceus is the most powerful/legendery pokemon
though he is normal-type which i think is like the weakest type maybe
