Thats easy to do if this were a hack for Metal Sonic.

We could just recolor neo Metal Sonic hack then thats it.

and thats really impossible for e-102 because its body model is not suitable for e-102.

um this is possible u can modify neometal sonic's models and put it on e102 hex model so it is possible
