Is kind of a fail.
So I was in a discount store where things are at a lower price due to various reasons (i.e. the packaging is broken/bent, the item is no longer produced, it's about to go stale, etc.) and I found a San Diego Comic-con exclusive...
NAKED SNAKE aka BIG BOSS from the Metal Gear Solid series!
It was released in a set of five with Solid Snake (MGS2), Raiden (MGS2), Old Snake (MGS4), and Old Snake w/ face camo (MGS4).
They are all super detailed and were released in two forms.
And here's where the "kind of a fail" thing comes in.
One form is fully painted, the other is "Active Camo" sort of thing.
Meaning that it's just clear plastic.
Guess which one I got for $10?


Don't get me wrong, it is super detailed. It comes with some gear, too.

Oddly, the bigger knife doesn't fit in either hand.
Go figure.
BTW, here's the fully painted ones.
