Honestly, I think this is one of those, "I wanna get popular" things. If I recall correctly, you and HAZOR aren't exactly, what I'd call, "Friends".
I also can't go around banning people without PROOF of what they did, I can- no, I WILL lose my job for doing that. I need some proof he did it, otherwise I can't do anything about it.

What would happen if you caught a burglar breaking into someone else's house, so you run in to stop them. The police get there and ask who broke into the house, seeing that there are 2 people fighting. They end up putting BOTH of you in jail, when you actually tried to HELP. They had no proof you did anything, either.
Being a moderator is like being a police officer, you stop chaos from happening. You enforce the rules. I can't go around, 'arresting' people for things they didn't do. So without proof, I cant do much.
