Honestly, I think this is one of those, "I wanna get popular" things. If I recall correctly, you and HAZOR aren't exactly, what I'd call, "Friends".

I also can't go around banning people without PROOF of what they did, I can- no, I WILL lose my job for doing that. I need some proof he did it, otherwise I can't do anything about it.

Well I dont think thats proof enough. I'd like to get more into this, but as much as I'd love to, I tried and failed. His IP only matches his own account... unless he changed it.

But I have no official proof to ban him.
