But my church is so boring. And why does church have to be in the morning? It seems to me that more people would show up if they didn't have to get up early on the weekend.

Agreed, Church should be open to the Public
It's too closed off and Conservative
Church is 24/7, not one day of the week for mostly singing and a 15 min sermon.

I'm a christian, but I didn't go to church for a long time, and I did so many bad things(not dangerous), I'm sure Hell has a seat with my name on it
i might have one there....i've done one or two things that aren't so good.......

But yeah, it doesn't really matter if you go to church. Thats exactly what my paster said to us. But it's really good for you if you learn the word of God, thats why I go.

If we were, Jesus wouldn't have had to die for us. It's by grace that we have been saved through faith. We all deserve to go to hell, but God sent His son to save us so that we can go to Heaven with Him.
i belive jesus and god are real but in heven to say we are in heven when we get there :D

I believe that if you believe in God that's good enough. I do believe Jesus was the messiah, but I'm not all that religious. I don't go to church, I don't read the Bible, and I pretty much go my own way.

Going to church doesn't save anyone, I'm not conforming to the ways of the world and the world's religions. There are plenty of hypocrites who go to church and then after church they hit the bar or sleep around.
Remember this, judge not lest ye be judged. That is in the Bible. But if you want to know why I'm not all that religious, read what it says in Ephesians 5:22, examine how women are treated in the Bible, and examine how so many people turn to atheism because they were pushed into religion by hard core extremists. At least I believe in God and Jesus, and try to be a good person. I'll respect others beliefs if they in turn show respect to mine.
Read John 3:16, no where in that verse does it say you have to go to church for salvation. You want to spread hope and the love of God, fine. You want to feed the poor and the hungry and do it in the name of Jesus, go right ahead. But start pushing the hell fire and brim stone and that's where I draw the line.

You're right, you don't have to go to church to to be saved. It's more of a desire to profess your love of God in a public setting, and to worship Him with fellow believers. But, you have to recognize that, just as no one person is perfect, no group of people, regardless of their intention, can ever be perfect. There will always be people in the church that will be the stereotypical hypocrite, but those are more often that not few and far between. It is every Christians' choice whether they choose to go to church or not, but there should be some time set aside in one's life to speak with "the Man upstairs."

I'm a Christian, however I feel kinda' guilty that I don't read the Bible every day, however my mom is making me do a Bible class for school (I'm homeschooled), and I do read the Bible for that...
Funny story, my class at church studied the verse I went over a few days before.
Sometimes I fear that I may not go to heaven, but I just need to keep reminding myself that Satan is out to fool us into thinking that, and he's trying to guilt trip us all into believing his lies.
Personally, I'd die for being a Christian. If someone threatened me to change my religion, I wouldn't. Either,
A. God's going to work it all out in the end, and I'll be fine.
B. My time is up and I can't do anything about that.

It all depends on how you present it. If you walk up to a guy/girl and start preaching the gospel to them, you'll freak them out. But leading by example, and talking casually about it, that's ok.

Im christian, but one thing a lot of you aren't understanding is this:
You DON'T have to go to church, seriously, there are church's out
there that can mess you up in your walk with Christ, or just mess
up your way of thinking about christianity, also, church is the PEOPLE
not the building, you can have church anytime, anywhere, you
could be in the middle of the rain forest and have church.
And doing a bad thing or two isn't going to get you a first class
ticket straight to hell, if it was like that EVERYONE would be
going to hell, because to god ALL sin is equal, from telling
the smallest lie, to blasphemy of the holy spirit, its ALL THE SAME,
just repent if you do something bad, god will forgive you unless
you do something REALLY stupid like stoping in believeing in him,
then you can be sure your going to hell, as you only get one chance
with him. Not trying to scare anyone, of course.

I believe once saved always saved. If you truly believe when you are saved, there is nothing that can separate you from God. Even if someone says they've lost their faith either they're only saying it, or maybe even made themselves believe it, but deep down they
know they haven't, or they never truly believed in the first place.

But there are those who HAVE fallen into the hands of the Devil, i've met
some who once believed in Christ, but then just stoped, and im sure
there are those NOW paying that very same price, im just saying.

Well, I'm undenominational. Technically speaking, I'm not catholic, or methodist, or anything. JUST, Christian. My church is pretty awesome too. It makes sense and we talk about the real world and whats going on. We have live bands, and have played Chocolate Rain, and Rickrolls to the services once. Its such an awesome place to go. But yeah. =)
