I see no problem with a back view, you see back views of nude people all the time, even on television, during commercials.
At least there's not private parts showing; he was courteous enough to edit that out.
And the expression...I draw that expression all the time, and nobody has a problem with it. It's kinda of a darker playful expression. Doesn't always mean something sexual (even though in this pic it does, but that's beside the point)
