My two cents on the whole situation:
First, Kyo's ava.  I always though she was wearing a white dress or something.  xD  I didn't realize she was naked @-@

Now, Fusion's sig.
I see stuff like that (and worse) on DA.  You don't even want to know some of the stuff that some of the people I watch draw (I just ignore the vulgar stuff; I watched them cause they were a good artist)
I see no problem with a back view, you see back views of nude people all the time, even on television, during commercials.
At least there's not private parts showing; he was courteous enough to edit that out.
And the expression...I draw that expression all the time, and nobody has a problem with it.  It's kinda of a darker playful expression.  Doesn't always mean something sexual (even though in this pic it does, but that's beside the point)
