Sonic 1 is the first videogame I ever played.

The Genesis was my first console and it came packaged with Sonic 2. :P

when i was 4 i got a sega dreamcast and it came with a demo disc called sega generator,
and it had the demo of SA1 on it, with emerald coast, i played that more than anything else,
and then i got the full version and a genesis with sonic 2 for christmas...

i could finish emerald coast in 1:23:42 at age 5 :3

my friend had a copy of sonic advance 1...

I had seen sonic before, but never really thought much of him until he let me played his copy.

I had went on to buy sonic advance 2 months later.

Back in 1998 if I recall, it just happens that my cousins will move to the southern part of our country and for some reason they gave me their Sega Genesis from our Uncle in the U.S., they had that Genesis for a while. The genesis came with 7 or more games but it just so happens I got to play first the 3 in 1 game cartridge which has "The Flinstones" in it and a awesome racing game that I don't recall the name...

and the 3rd game in the 3 in 1 game cartridge was the memorable "Sonic the Hedgehog"

That's the only game I played on the Genesis until after a few weeks I realized that I also had Sonic 2 within the game catridges which I don't care off back then. xD

Mum got it for me along with Pokemon Sapphire and Ultimate Spider-Man for Christmas to go along with the GBA SP I got for X-mas.

i could not remember how i came to like sonic, but, my mum said i played it on the mega drive.

When i was 8 my aunt moved to here from texas. (Where i was born. my siter and mom curectly live there and me and my dad moved from there to my grandmas house) We came to her new house and she said i could play the PS3. I agreed. I was mostly intrested in cartoony games so i was scrableing through her games to find something intersting. I found Sonic 06 and played and thought it was pretty fun but very slow. Then i got a love for Sonic! ^_^

I saw Sonic Heroes in Best Buy, played it, then my dad bought it for me. :)

Loads of friends played it one day it was like OMG coooolllll

I had Sonic and knuckles collection installed on my first PC in 2005, uptill then I was a NES dude

I just sorta grew up with it, my parents had a sega mega drive collection with sonic 1, sonic 2, sonic 3 and sonic and knuckles. My dad played 1 + 2 and sonic and knuckles for hours at night just to beat them because there was no way to save xD

But now he wont even look at a sonic game :/

What AMV of Sonic was it?

The earliest Christmas present I could remember was a Genesis, a Saturn, Sonic Spinball and some other Sonic game (either 1 or 2). I practically grew up with sonic up until 1998 when our games were caught in a basement flood and we couldn't afford another console. Ever since I had first heard about the Gamecube, I've begged my parents for one along with SA2:B. They gave my brother the gamecube but couldn't get the game. I've followed Sonic even more since then.

One day I went to my friend's house, and they just bought a Sonic Genesis game controller (It was a controller that you plug in directly to your television) and it had four games in one: Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Sonic Spinball, and Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine. I think it was Sonic the Hedgehog that I played first, I dunno, it was a couple of years ago, and I have bad memory. :U Anyways, I played it, and it was awesome. I played the other games, just as awesome. That's how I became addicted to Sonic.

I also watched Sonic X when I was two or three or four years old too, I think.

Also...I can't really remember...I have faint memories of playing 3D Bast when we used to keep our TVs on really high selves in the toy room and awhile ago while looking through the adic we found the case to the Genesis Sonic 1 with no cartridge, but I can't recall which one I played first, nor can I vouch for my terrible memory and I say I played either one at all before Mega Collection...

I first heard of teh Blue Blur when my parents invited me to their firends' howse and saw some people playing with a Dreamcast. The first time I tried it, it was hard cuz I never saw one before.

I learned of sonic when my friends started to talk about it... i thought it was just gonna be some back round game that would die-out then after awhile hes one of the most loved game characters ever and i really didn't get it then I tried it it was pretty good so I just felt bad for saying it would just end and die soon... and I still feel bad for saying that :3
