I was wondering while exploring the polls, and wanted to know what everyone thought about the games....
(Ignoring the fact that you can hack both on the computer)
Which one do you believe has better graphics/gameplay. ;D
It's obvious that SA2B has better graphics, but I also think the game play is a bit better too. It's faster, introduced rails, quick ring dashes, and no more Hub worlds.

you never know what other ppl think. But those are some well thought out reasons. I just liked SA2B for the chao and the gameplay. Although I did like the world map idea that SADX had
i think sa2has better graphics and gapmeplay becasue you can play as eggman and shadow.
SA2B's much better than SADX.
inorite the sahdow gmaeplay made it better and it made it one of the best sonic gmes to ever be made :)

Well, SA2B! SADX is sucks....compared to the original Dreamcast Version! its like playing Sonic Unleashed on PS3 then on Wii! (well, not so bad....but still)
Sonic Adventure 2 battle, you can transfer your chao to your gameboy advance if you have Sonic Advance.

i know and then its called tiny chao world and then you can get certain fruits for your chao and bring them back to the garden
SA2B of course its newer and better in all ways and it has Shadow!
thats true but both of them were good. i mean you dont expect SEGA to make the first 3d sonic game with good graphics and everything

I'd have to go for SA2, I think. I just don't like the Tails gameplay. The Knuckles stages are fun, but should've been abit easier on the ratings... I mean.. I once did Pumpkin Hill on like 8 min and got an E.. You can actually use half an hour there trying ur best..

oh god white forest and green cave were my favorite stages in that game. the music was cool too but come to think of it all sonic music rock :)

I prefer SADX because SADX has adventure fields and every character has different abilities and there's only 3 abilities on SA2B and on SADX there's 6.

SA2B because it has better gameplay, graphics, sound and is just more fun to play. Sure you can't hack it but thats because it isn't on PC.

thats a hard question :P both have their ups and downs, for example the hub worlds in SADX have their fans, and foes just as the searching levels at SA2B. personally i like SA2B better, because it has a better engine (faster too) a good storyline, the faster stages have a faster feeling, and it is more controlable.
however there are some things to be said for SADX too, its high hackability is not to be overseen, the skins that are all over the internet are great to toy around with, the characters have unique movesets, you can play with metal sonic, the Chao system is way better and the hub worlds are (for me) a great value
Sa2, more develop chao, shadow and sweet multiplayer and gameplay

I prefer Sonic Adventure 2 Battle. There was something completely new about the game than the previous version as opposed to Sonic Adventure DX, which is an ok game, but never really had me going back to it like Sonic Adventure 2: Battle.

uh im pretty sure that sa2 has better graphics than SADX. SADX Was the first 3-D sonic game so they didn't want to rush the graphics good.

The only reason they splite it SA2 and SA2B is because i think its SA2 on the dreamcast and SA2B on the gamecube or the other way around

SA2B all the way, haven't played that version, but played the original and it kicked a**! Probably the best game before Sonic Heroes came out and they F***** it up!
BTW...Cannon's Core, best final stage ever (took me 2 years to figure it out that the level existed)
Final Hazard, best final boss...yet...Live and Learn was perfect for that fight!
I don't have GC, so I'll pick SADX. I still think SA2B is better because of the new chars and the new chao system. Plus, it's easier to get second evolution chaos then in SADX because you can go to the doctor and check it's age.

Um... I Agree with Elija about SA2B has better Graphics but I also Like The Way SEGA Improved SA into SADX Right?
SADX its easyer and you can have a cool attack with gamma

sa2b was better because of chao garden
i liked the hubs, and knuckles stages were funner in sadx
but chao garden better in sab2
I actually like SA2B better, no Big the Cat, and Shadow appears! Plus, the plotlines are better connected.

Sonic Adventure 2 Battle is my pick.
Mainly due to better music,graphics,stages and the first apearence of Shadow the Hedghog :)
