1. Introduced Shadow
2. No Hub Worlds
3. No stupid fishing
4. Better Graphics
5. More memorable Stages
6. Better music.

I prefer SADX because SADX has adventure fields and every character has different abilities and there's only 3 abilities on SA2B and on SADX there's 6.
