RULES1.Must be a
SONIC fan character.(Can be a Hedgehog, Fox, Echidna, etc.)
2.Must be really made by you!
3.
RECOLORS ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED 4.No Furry Doll makers or any Fan character making programs are not allowed.
5.Only one FC can be submitted but you can change your entry.
6.If any of this rules are disobeyed, minus 1 karma.
Here are the ranks and prizes to be gotten in the contest
Ranks
1st place - 10 karma (I'll try to communicate with mods to raise them up fast
since I can only give 1 karma per hour)
2nd Place - 5 karma
3rd place - 3 Karma
4th place - 2 karma
5th-12th place - 1 karma
Submissions will end on August 6 and Announcment of winners will depend
on what day I can finish the video.

Technically, no.
They took the time to make the art themselves instead of just taking a sprite or a PNG and recoloring it. It may look like a gray Sonic or a Red Sonic, but (in my opinion, at least) they are in the right for drawing it themselves, and hand-drawn things, even if they look like Sonic (it's kinda hard not to, if the character is a male hedgehog), aren't considered recolors to me.

Do you have a camera/scanner? It's just as sufficient to have a low quality picture of a better drawing than a high-quality picture of something you aren't proud of.
I'm gonna end the submition of Fan Characters now because on this Weekend I won't be able to go online.
