Let's just this about newgrounds, i submitted a good flash, they blammed it, also you can't submit "previews or demos" on newgrounds, only the full thing, one of my flashes just barely made it on there because people criticise you so hard. So i'd rather Youtube or DA.
I play games on NG though :3

Not really... If you'd like, I could make a tutorial to teach all of you guys how to make sprite fights. Even give you a link to my sprite archive.

No I don't think they take swf files, but you can save it as a wmv file or some video file
