Yes, but that is good. I mean like, 10 seconds long and luckily DA don't judge what you submit.....

Not really... If you'd like, I could make a tutorial to teach all of you guys how to make sprite fights. Even give you a link to my sprite archive.

Ummm... We all hate newgrounds, just not all the people on it.

No I don't think they take swf files, but you can save it as a wmv file or some video file
