Don't most emulators run normally at 60 FPS? For all the emulators i've played 100 FPS is like fast forward....

The computer sounds like it could run that emulator.

Yah, that is right emulators I know of only go 60 FPS unless fast forwarded!

That is absolutely TERRIBLE by todays standards
My laptop has a 2.0Ghz processor, 3GB of ram, 160 GB HDD and a DVD burner, and its outdated like hell
