If you really wanted your desktop to look cool you'd get rid of that Windows 98 theme.
Windows Aero, on the other hand, is the sexiest theme ever.

I'm pretty sure you can download some themes, but anyways the themes your computer comes with is usually enough because other themes may run slower. It is true that using older themes (like that Win98 one) can help make your computer run faster, but it looks very unattractive.
