I'd like to see a game for most of the characters on there, but I'd particularly like to see a game with all of the different Sonic Robots.
Either have them on a team, or go from one to the other, or have them fight each other...
It sounds like a fun game to me.

Sounds like Gears of War replaced with Sonic Chars to me. Just with Homing Attacks, Spindashs and a Melee. Wait, it does sound fun.
