You have PBR right?
I was going to suggest that the ones with PBR could fight against each other, then the ones with Platinum will.

Kinda like different sections of a tournament.

Think if it this way:
In Platinum, you can get certain pokemon only by plugging in a certain GBA game (or Gengar by plugging in any GBA game) and the DSi doesn't have a GBA slot.  D:

I wouldn't be able to play my AI, or KH CoM or any of the other cool GBA games.  :C

haha I saw it in the stores and was like "OMFG DO WANT"
Imma see how much I can sell my used DS lite for (The only thing wrong with it is that part of the plastic on the edges is loose, and it doesn't have the thing that goes in the GBA slot to protect it) since I hardly ever play it anyway so I can wait a while if I have to sell it, and I'mma put that money towards getting the green one.
I'll probably have to dip into my xbox 360 funds though.  D:
