They went with Green and Red because those are the original two versions.

Remake games don't get the third game, as with FR and LG. How much you wanna bet they remake Ruby and Sapphire, too? I think we've seen the last of the new 100+ generations. It's already pushin' 500. New games'll probably have just a few new Pokemon at a time, now.

SoulSilver ftw. Silver is my favorite games in the series. GSC were the best game of the series, so these had better do everything they did better and they'd better do more. Oh, and PokeWalker = Pokemon Pikachu. I carried that thing around for months.

Battle Revoution? Stadium 2 was the best console game. You can't do much other than battle randomly in BR. The Stadium games had very difficult battles against Gym Leaders, Red, Blue, even Mewtwo. They also had Mystery Gift (Stadium 2 anyway), the GB Player, mini-games, and more. Both Colliseum and XD were alright though, if you want story.
