There's no proof that he's lying, nor is he telling the truth, so it's pretty pointless, because you can't proove that his telling the truth or lying.

Exactly, HE'S the one saying it. HE is the one that was the only witness, HE is the one that was banned. If someone else was there, watching, and could tell me and be 100% truthful, then I'd buy it, but he's the only one that was there, and he has NO proof.

on topic: yes, it does seem that this seem like a thing jet isn't stupid enough 2 do 4 some people, but unless there's evidence, we're saying the statement above is obviously wrong
