Sleep! Those energy drinks are more trouble than they're worth! You end up crashing and burning once those things wear off. While a 15 min. power nap, leaves you feeling much better. My mom has them all the time, and somehow she manages to keep on going.

I cba to go asleep so i just play around on my laptop and wii and DSi until 9am when my parents get up so i can have breakfast.

Well i wake up at 5:30 AM because my dad leaves to work at that time and i wake up to the noise the door makes.

I definitely say sleep - driving while deprived of sleep will cause an accident as I unfortunately found out. (ended up knocked unconcious and had a really sore head)

when you haven't really slept, you aren't so alert and microsleeps are what cause it, ie your mind kinda falls asleep while your eyes are wide open.
