Fan Made Sonic 3 & Knuckles cover

So I made this in Paint.net because I'm gonna use it for the download page in my forum, Greenhill Central.
What do you guys think of it?

There was no cover for Sonic 3 & Knuckles because it was sold separately but there is a rom that has both of them in it so I made the cover.
