This. Considering you can only give karma once an hour it would take a while for it to reach -900, even with multiple people doing it constantly. Oh well, nobody really liked him anyway so I guess it's a change for the better.

It would've had to be a mod that did it, considering mods can raise or lower karma however many times they want. At least, I'm pretty sure they can.
