oh, joy.

I would say.... 5th, or maybe 6th. PC counts as all gens i guess XD.

Fifth.  Can't beat the N64, PlayStation, or Dreamcast.  Some of the best games came out back then.  Goldeneye, Jet Grind Radio, Metal Gear Solid, Mario 64, Both Sonic Adventures, Soul Cailber... the list can go on forever.
