Yes, you can go into a 'Virual' Lobby and go to an quest with 3 Other Players, 4 Players in Total.

ok this may sound stupid because I didn't understand the phrase too good, but, if Monster Hunter 3 is made by CAPCOM how could it replace Zelda by Nintendo

Zelda Twilight Princess is an old game, it was released during the Wii's launch. I'm not surprised they'd replace it with a slightly similar game.
