I'm getting a Dreamcast...?

My friend gave me his Gamecube for my birthday, but for Christmas I got a Wii and I don't need the Gamecube system and cords. My parents want me to give back the Gamecube and my friend said that he'll sell it and give me the money. I want a Dreamcast soooooo badly and he might buy it for me online with the money from the Gamecube. I emailed 4 eBay links and 2-3 of them expire today. I'm thinking of paying for it as long as he orders it. Then when the Gamecube sells, I get the money. I hope I get it. I really want Sonic Adventure 2. Do you think I'll get it? Yes or No?
