Yeah... This is kind of serious, but this wouldn't fit in the questions subforum since it must be related to this forum and the general discussion doesn't seem like a place to ask this kind of question.

Does anyone here know a free, decent, customizable blog out there? I need one for my project to keep people up to date, and nobody does bulletins on Youtube so yeah.

And with customizable I mean having your own image banner, background, etc. I've registered to some but none of them strangely didn't have any of those functions.
