Honestly. The first thing i thought was- Kirby's Epic Yarn?  Kirby Mass attack? New Super Mario Bros? DKC Returns? Uh... Sonic Rush? Sonic Generations? Heck, i could go on.
2D platformers still deserve the price they're given. They're still proper games. Screw the others who think they 'lack what 3D games have to offer". If it aint broke, don't fix it.

The Problem here isnt that they're at Full Price.
The Problem here is that more & more People dont see the point in buying a Full Price-Platformer if they can buy stuff like Super Meat Boy & Limbo.

But thats just a matter of opinion, not fact.

That's the part I was referring to. i know you're right in what you said, but I'm saying these games have evolved. And hugely. The core concept should never be changed.
