I'm surprised that there is not a "pre-load" or "pre-install" for all upcomming purchased games on Steam.

Steam is just being a dick, for that you obviously have the game and it won't let you have it. Steam, why do have the game later than most video game stores?

That's not the case. Kyo's retailer gave him the game early. So it's completely understandable.
