Release Date has been narrowed down to "Early 2013" for PC, Android, iOS and Vita.
The Game will be free-to-play (on PC) with microtransactions. However, in Japan a Retail Version is also available which gets rid of some of the buyable content. It is unclear if thats also an option in western lands.
