I'm talking about "Let's make a fighting game with 15 characters for $60, then sell the other 5 as DLC for $5 each"

IMO, Everything should be included in the game day 1. "planned" DLC is stupid unless it's really something big that would extend from the game's release.
After the game's release, DLC should not be released unless there's a fair amount of extra content. OR it should be free, and not like $5 for one character.

I'd at least rather pay a fair amount for a good lot of DLC than pay a huge price for one thing that doesn't even change the game much.

i meant the controls more than  the gameplay itself, but it doesnt look like Raging Blast right now. So the Demo is the best way to see for myself.
