This was taken at EB Games, I didn't even know that DK was slated for 3DS, and I wasn't expecting a new SB until 2013.
Thoughts?

2012 my ass. They just started developing the games this year. Unless the 3DS version is supposed to be half-assed I see no reason we shouldn't be waiting until 2017.

And the DK picture is obviously from DKCR. but hey.., if i can one of those Kid Icarus Uprising cartridges....

i'm guessing they got a glimpse of the 2012 launch window - which would be a financial year which ends 31st March 2013.

And considering this is nintendo - it will be delayed for some time anyway.

GameStop/EB will take preorders on anything that has been announced, even if there's no release date.
