Joystiq just reported that that was reported in a japanese magazine.


Maybe they're like co-developers or something.

Add a fourth company to the group contributing to Project X Zone – Nintendo. At least, it's a Nintendo-owned developer creating the 3DS Capcom/Namco/Sega crossover SRPG. Monolith Soft, most recently known for Xenoblade Chronicles, is developing the new game, Famitsu has revealed.

So, I just checked the official site. They updated it with a few new characters. Here are the additions:
















Can someone name a few of these guys? Even I'm stumped.

I can recognize the Capcom and Sakura Wars characters but that's about it.

At first i was speech-less while viewing this video. But now i say this:

This game looks expensive as hell to make. I don't think they could afford to port this overseas. It would cost way too much money to find voice actors for so many languages. No, it would be too much of a long shot to port overseas.

Crossover games have come out here before. And all three of those companies have a significant presence in America. So, for here at least, I don't see why it would be impossible. Voice actors are not hard to come by and most of those characters have had English VAs already.

Because i wasnt only talking about America, TGN. There are other nations you know. And even still NTSC games have recently started translating in multiple languages anyways. Finding a spanish, french, Portuguese, english, american, etc. actors isn't very easy for over 200 characters. Even if half of them can have the same VA.
