Well, moving things out of the Off-topic/Spam section seems slightly idiotic to me.
Seeing as basically everything/anything can be moved/posted here.
So what's the point of moving it?

This. I feel which categories a topic is in are up to the opening poster to decide, not the mods. If the topic has somewhat relevance to the section then we should let the open poster clarify the reason he/she posted the topic where he/she did, then take action based on a response. I hate when mods go, "lol, dis topik dus nawt belong here becuz i say so!1111".
