I always like WMM, it does what it's supposed to do- Play music, video and animation. I don't need all that extra crap, because I know I'll never use it. WMM just does what it's supposed to do.

Ok, just to see how Windows 8 fares, I bought a £430 ($700?) laptop with Windows 8.
So far, it really sucks, and it has things all over the place, but I'm going to try and make it easier and get used to it -.-

If you still got Win8 on there, install the Start Menu mod for it, and there is also a Metro UI remover on Betaarchive. Makes like easier.

The Apple store is what basically "Inspired" the WIndows 8 app store, and it's just a way of Microsoft making more money. But the Windows store isn't forced on you for everything, so yeah..

I had to Windows + R to run paint, then I pinned it to the taskbar.
They really overcomplicated the start menu more than they should have -.-
If they didn't have the Metro layout for it, it could really be a good OS

There was just something about the design and the look of Windows 8 that just made me not wanna upgrade my computer. Glad I still have 7
