So, I was trying to download SSFIVAE2012 today since it's the new free game that came out today, but it wouldn't download even though it says 18GB and I had 28GB of free space. So instead of bitching about, I went on the internets to see if there's some sort of "issue" on PSN going on or something... then I found this...
