Think Mewtwo could return? Lucario will probably be replaced with another Pokemon and the only option I can think of with the current gen. Pokemon is Zoroark (maybe something from gen. VI?). Mewtwo features prominently in the next movie and has a new form in gen. VI so it's at least possible.

So far its a toss up between Zoroark and the new Mewtwo form from what I have seen online, all speculations though ofc. People are leaning more towards mewtwo.
