If You Could Take Only One Pokemon...

So I recently did that little sidequest in Pokemon Black 2 where you battled N and his Zekrom, and after the fight, he mentions that he hopes for a world where there is no more need for Pokeballs, and we can just walk side by side with our companions.
Well, I can't imagine travelling with 6 super powered brutes would make for a comfortable journey, so I ask, of all the Pokemon you own, which of them would you travel with should pokeballs become obsolete as N wishes?

For me, I'd pick Jute, my Raichu, cause he's cuddly, and his small size makes him easy to travel with. And with his Nuzzle attack, he can easily stun people that wish to do us harm.
And yes, I know now I named him after wood.
